A finding will show up as one of the following on remediation reports. 

• Remediated - if all published child instances are remediated

• Partially Remediated - if some, but not all, published child instances are remediated

• Accepted Risk - if all published child instances are Accepted Risk

• Not Retested - if all published child instances are not retested

• Not Remediated - if no child instance is remediated
