Multi-Factor Authentication ensures that your account is extra secure. Resolve offers two types of MFA: An Authenticator App or SMS Verification. Setting up an Authenticator App for the first time can be tricky! We recommend using one of the following Authenticator Apps: Google, Authy, or Microsoft.

Google Authenticator App

Download the Authenticator app for IOS or Android.

  1. Tap on the plus button in the bottom right hand corner.
  2. Tap Scan a QR Code.
  3. Enter the code shown in the Google Authenticator app into the fields in Resolve.
  4. Once verified in Resolve, make sure to print, download, or copy your recovery codes.
  5. You're all set!


Microsoft Authenticator App

Download the Authenticator app for IOS or Android.

  1. Tap on the three dots in the right hand corner. 
  2. Tap Add Account.
  3. Tap Work or School account. 
  4. Tap Scan a QR code in the pop up.
  5. Scan the QR code in Resolve and select Done.
  6. A new account called Resolve will be added to the list of your accounts. Enter in the code associated with your Resolve account into the fields in Resolve.
  7. Once verified in Resolve, make sure to print, download, or copy your recovery codes.
  8. You're all set!


Twilio Authy Authenticator

Download the Authenticator app for IOS or Android.

  1. Tap on the plus button to add an account.
  2. Tap Scan QR Code.
  3. Scan the QR code in Resolve.
  4. Enter the code shown in the Authy app into the fields in Resolve. Once verified in Resolve, make sure to print, download, or copy your recovery codes.
  5. You're all set!
