You can configure Resolve to automatically map groups from LDAP or AD to local Resolve groups.

Groups are mapped based on conditions specified within mapping rules. If an external group matches a rule, the group is mapped to one or more defined Resolve group+role combinations.

Typically, an external group maps to a single Resolve group and role. If you have users in a group that need access to multiple modules, however, you must map that group to multiple roles; at least one for each module.
