Although users can't be deleted from Resolve, you can deactivate user accounts that are no longer needed. You can also re-activate, lock, or unlock users.

If a user exceeds password retry limit, their account becomes locked. The lock expires after a period of time or when an administrator unlocks the account.

Deactivated users can't log on and don't count towards the user license limit.

  1. From the top menu, select Administration > Users.
  2. Click the user entry.
  3. To switch an account to active or deactivated, click the Active toggle.
  4. To switch an account to locked or unlocked, click the Locked toggle.
  5. Click Save.
