Although users can't be deleted from Resolve, you can deactivate user accounts that are no longer needed. You can also re-activate, lock, or unlock users.
If a user exceeds password retry limit, their account becomes locked. The lock expires after a period of time or when an administrator unlocks the account.
Deactivated users can't log on and don't count towards the user license limit.
- From the top menu, select .
- Click the user entry.
- To switch an account to active or deactivated, click the Active toggle.
- To switch an account to locked or unlocked, click the Locked toggle.
- Click Save.
