Each project contains a staging area where you can view a list of findings that have at least one instance set to a state of final.

After findings in a project have been reviewed, you can publish findings to Track for the remediation workflow. Typically findings are published once a project is complete. However, in the case of critical or urgent findings, you might need to publish findings sooner. You can select specific findings to publish or you can publish all findings.

Note: Once a finding is published to Track, it can't be unpublished.

You can also use this area to review verified findings and pivot to individual findings for more details.

  1. From the top menu, select Workbench > Projects.
  2. Click the project entry.
  3. Click the Findings tab.
The grid displays all findings with at least one instance marked as final.
  4. Select one or more findings.
Tip: You can filter the grid to include specific entries in the file. See Search, sort, and filter grids.
  5. Click Publish All Findings.
