Data sources contain the raw tool information imported to Resolve and are used to create findings and master findings.
Data sources are imported by uploading files created by supported third-party products and tools.
You can also upload findings from unsupported tools or manual penetration testing using a CSV file. For more information, see Manually importing data.
To import a file containing scan results to a project.
- From the top menu, select .
- Click the project entry.
- Click the Sources tab.
- Click Add Data Source.
- Drag the file into the upload area or click Browse to select the file.
- Select the import template and configuration.
- Select the site and zone.
- If needed, select the asset.
Note: Some application scanning tools, such as Checkmarx, don't include the asset in the data source file.
- (Optional) Select one or more workspaces to add imported findings to.
- Click Add Data Source.
