Questionnaires are used to gather key information about a project and its scope. You can assign a questionnaire to a project for team members to complete.

The questionnaire templates available to assign to a project depend on either of the following:
  • The questionnaire template is associated with the project type configured for the project.
  • The questionnaire template has already been assigned to the project through the Administration module.

  1. From the top menu, select Workbench > Projects.
  2. Click the project entry.
  3. Select one of these options:
    • At the top right, click the ellipse icon (  ) and select Assign Questionnaire.

    • In the Project Overview area, click the Questionnaires tab, then click the add icon (  ).

  4. Use the drop-down menu to select the questionnaire template.
  5. (Optional) Click Preview Template to preview the questions.
    The template opens in a new tab.
  6. Click Date and select the date that the questionnaire must be completed by.
  7. In the Assignee field, enter the user or email address to assign the questionnaire to.
    • For users, begin typing the name, then select the user from the list.
    • For email addresses, type the full email address and press Enter.
    • If needed, you can add more assignees or remove one by clicking the delete icon ( ).
  8. Click Assign Questionnaire.
