You can pin frequently used workspaces and assigned checklists to the navigation.

Pinned items appear in the left navigation and in the top navigation Workbench menu. This allows you to easily reach checklists and workspaces without having to access the project from the projects grid. If an item is no longer needed, you can remove it from the navigation. Items are pinned and unpinned from inside the project.
